Are you out of ideas for lunch? The recipe for smoked salmon and spinach flan with the cooker is for you, a fairly simple dish to prepare in less than an hour.
- 200 g smoked salmon, diced
- 200g spinach
- 150ml water
- 100g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 100 g grated Emmental cheese
- Salt and pepper
- A little nutmeg
Start by mixing the flour, eggs, grated Emmental cheese, and milk in a large bowl, then add the salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Put in a dish not exceeding 18 cm, the spinach at the bottom, and the salmon, then pour the batter over it.
Put the dish in the steam basket, and put 400 ml of water in the bowl, then cook in rapid/pressure cooking mode for 30 minutes.
Leave to cool a little before serving your smoked salmon and spinach flan.
