- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 50g pitted green olives
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- Provencal herbs
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare four large pieces of parchment paper.
Brush the chicken thighs with mustard, then place two chicken thighs in the center of each sheet of parchment paper.
