Prawns 1 pound
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Chicken Broth 2 cups
Heavy Cream 1 cup
Dry White Wine 1 cup
Tomato Paste 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Smoked Paprika 1 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper To taste
Fresh Parsley Chopped (for garnish)


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
