Butter 1/2 cup

Garlic, minced 2 cloves
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Milk 2 cups
Dry breadcrumbs 1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously. Cook until the mixture has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
