Refreshing and Delicious Ceviche Recipe

  2. Add lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, onions, jalapeno pepper, salt, and pepper, and toss gently to combine.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
  4. Before serving, add diced tomatoes, diced avocado, corn, and diced mango (if using)
  5. Serve the ceviche in lettuce cups or on top of corn tortillas.
  6. Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
