Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce: A Mouth-Watering Recipe

Ingredient Quantity
Steak 2 lbs
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt To taste
Black pepper To taste
Garlic 4 cloves
Red wine vinegar 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley 1 cup
Fresh oregano 1/4 cup
Red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Take the steak out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush the steak with olive oil and season it generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the chimichurri sauce. Finely chop the garlic, parsley, and oregano.
