Baked Sea Bream With Potatoes

Baked sea bream with potatoes is very simple to prepare but you have to pay attention to the cooking times so as not to find yourself with cooked fish and raw potatoes.

Presentation

Among the recipes most frequently published by social network visitors there is certainly the baked sea bream with potatoes . However, one thing that puzzles me is the most used preparation method. In fact, in most cases, fish and potatoes are baked together. Too bad that these two ingredients have very different cooking times and it is therefore very easy to end up with overcooked (or dry) fish and raw potatoes. There are two solutions to overcome the problem:

  • cut the potatoes to a thickness of a couple of millimeters with a mandolin (in this case I recommend this one) if you want to bake them with the fish;
  • cut the potatoes to a thickness that is easier to manage (5 mm) and bake them about twenty minutes before the fish.
